Welcome back, Meena Natt! We're thrilled to have you return due to the overwhelming response to EP: 6 - "The Day I Befriended My Anxiety." Meena's genuine voice, compassionate tone, and vulnerability have truly struck a chord with our audience.

In this episode, we tackle subjects that many of us grapple with but often avoid discussing openly. We'll confront the stigma surrounding divorce, navigate the complexities of modern dating, and share some of the valuable life lessons we've acquired over time. One key revelation, especially for those of us raised by immigrant parents, is understanding the difference between sacrifice and genuine love within our relationships.

As we journey through life, many of us become the go-to support for our families, friends, and colleagues, always saying 'yes' to every request. We explore the idea of strengthening our "NO" muscle as we've come to realize that our perpetual 'yes' may not truly serve us or others.

What makes this episode exceptional is that it offers an intimate glimpse into the unfiltered conversations that my best friend and I often have during our private calls. It's like eavesdropping on a candid chat between close friends, filled with insights, laughter, and lots of love.

Get ready for an episode that's as authentic as it gets!
