A lot of the messages we receive about menopause are negative and most of them aren’t even true. If you feel like society puts you in a box as a woman in midlife, you’re not alone. You and I both know that not every 40-year-old woman fits in the same box. We’re all having unique experiences that come with unique needs, so how do we meet those needs in a world that treats us like we’re all the same?
