Ever wondered what it would be like to move to a new country? Trying to figure out what your next move will be ? How many times you were trying to remind yourself that getting out of your comfort zone will be the beginning of something bigger? in tis episode i had an amazing time speaking with Yasmine Kharchi is a Young Algerian Entrepreneur with a diverse and international background.

I met Yasmine for the first time before the February 2020 right before the COVID era . Although our professional collaboration at that time did not go through, we remained in contact and we managed to maintain a very good relationship during last year .

Yasmine will share with us her experience of studying abroad , and how this shaped the person who she is .

Not letting anything stop you from perusing your dreams is her mantra.

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness and so much more .

Additionally Yasmine will share her Passion for Culture , especially for the Algerian Culture.

Yasmine describes Culture as following '' Culture is taught, acquired and shared if you’d ask me. There is not a unique culture for everyone. And yet culture is not monolithic - people exist differently within the same culture.
Culture is in fact symbolic.''

2011-2016 moved from Setif to Algiers for engineering studies ( ecole nationale sup d agronomie Alger) ingeniorat+master 2016: moved to Brighton for linguistic semester 2017 moved to Cambridge for a foundation year (preparation to uni) 2017- 2018 moved to London for a masters in international business 2019- now moved to Dubai for an Internship then a permanent position as a manager in sales.

Rachida Djellab is Mental Helath Advocate, Self-Care Consultant , Content creator, Podcast Host, public speaker and having a full time job as B2B Account Manager.
Having a Bachelor Degree in Management helped her with the career growth; however, her diagnosis with eating disorders years ago sparked something in her. Rachida’s interest in Psychology, and healthy living helped her in her healing journey and allowed her to gain knowledge about PFA (psychological First Aid) , she posts self-care tips bi-weekly on LinkedIn and delivered 04 workshops about The importance of Self-care , she also posts inspirational videos and posts about love , kindness and mindfulness on LinkedIn.
