When I first heard about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) It really resonated with me. An approach that helps us to change our thinking patterns for the better? Skills to cope with anxiety, stress, dependencies, and depression? Fascinating. So of course when I read the CBT Workbook for Mental Health I had to learn more.
