In this update episode, we talk about the different techniques we used to help us exercise (or move), be mindful and sleep better over the last 2 weeks, and what worked and what didn't. We found ways the chain the tasks together and cut ourselves slack! We come up with a plan to help support each other with scaffolding, reminders and more!
