Life Coach Jen Cannon joins us to talk about the challenges of making life transitions. Coincidentally (or not), she had just quit her 9-to-5 job the day before recording, and she shares about her journey to finally making it full-time doing what she loves.
Many obstacles get in the way of giving ourselves what we want in this short life including overthinking, anxiety, self-doubt, and depression. A brief discussion about “The Universe” awakens us to how what we’ve been thinking and feeling returns exactly what we’re expecting, and that we get rewarded by taking actions aligned with what we truly value.
As a result, we’ve decided to replace the belief that we’re broken with the belief that we’re all f*cked up. Enjoy!
