How To Simplify The 3 Components Of Health

The second Foundational Element to living a fulfilled life as a SAHM is HEALTH. In this episode, I break down the 3 components of health and how to approach them in a very simple yet hugely impactful way. My hope for this episode is to bring you awareness and understanding of these 3 components of your overall health and well-being: Mind, Body, and Soul: or Mental, Physical, and Spiritual. This will help you better understand how your overall health can be deeply impacted if you are not taking care of all 3 components. In the episode, I stress how important it is not to overcomplicate the acts it takes to hit all 3 of these components daily. I know you are a busy mama, but there are cost-effective (even free!) activities you can do regularly to invest in your health. Lastly, the ideas and approaches I give you are highly impactful. Meaning, by practicing one activity for 30 minutes a day, you can hit multiple components of your health.
