Do you feel like giving it your all in December or saying it can just wait till January? In today's episode of the Mom Inspired Show, I am talking about how it can be easy to barely hang on through December and not be intentional because it can be such a chaotic month. Not only that, it's easy to over eat and not focus on your health goals. It's easy to get caught up in the crazy schedules and not stick to your workout plans or goals. So instead of being black and white about December, what if we approach the new year in bite size steps. Just like an on-ramp you start to pick up the pace to get on the freeway.
