Let’s talk about creative blocks. We all have them and we all experience them. They're actually normal—yes, a natural part of the creative process. But it doesn’t feel natural, does it? Sometimes, despite our shower brainstorming sessions, when we sit down to put ideas into action, we draw a blank. If you're feeling stuck, know that you're not alone. Today, I've shared strategies to help you navigate through those creative roadblocks, from taking breaks to shifting your perspective, trying something new, collaborating with others, seeking feedback, and nurturing a positive mindset of self-compassion.
