Stress is a perception.

Our job as Christians is to perceive that stress through the lens of Christ, which should be stress reducing.

But when we don’t do this, when we don’t go through life choosing Christ’s mind, stress becomes chronic, our health is effected, and it causes symptoms.

In this episode we explore the science behind how our thoughts physically change our body and brain and how this knowledge can transform your life.
