Mom guilt is one thing moms can count on to try and mess up our day. in this episode, I am talking all about mom guilt and how to break free from the lies it tells. Mom guilt is hard enough on all moms, but then factor in chronic illness and that takes guilt to a whole new level.

In this episode, we'll discuss mom guilt and how overwhelming it can be. We will discuss the role society plays in how moms feel and how the concept of default parenting adds to the guilt moms feel. We will also discuss how being good enough is good enough, and how you can stop being so overwhelmed with all the expectations and standards placed on you by others.
