What you will be known or remembered for is what you end up regularly doing and thinking. And what behaviours and thoughts you regularly have are called your habits. A good majority of the time we don’t even realize that’s what is going on when we speak or react! Charles Duhigg explains “the habit loop” with his own personal “bad cookie habit” example on today’s episode. What habits do you have that you want to change, improve and/or adopt?
