Out of the box Kaila, who started beatboxing in the fourth or fifth grade, is the 2015 World Beatbox Champion, the 2014 America Vice Beatbox Champion, three times Loop Station Champion and three times reigning Beat Rhyme Champion. She performs all over New York City, the rest if the country and in other countries, using beatboxing, singing, rapping, poetry and theatre to push the boundaries of creativity and to demonstrate just what the human instrument is capable of.
