Jim and Rich cover all the news and the racing from Lemans. The big was the rules that were released for the 2027 MotoGP season. Then some WSBK news and then a quick MotoAmerica and Real Roads tidbits. The racing action was amazing at Lemans. In Moto3 Alonso was up to his old tricks and Jim waxes poetic about Pirelli tires. Moto2 built suspense through the entire race culminating in a fantastic last two laps. Sadly Joe Roberts podium streak and Championship lead ended. Rich them ponders why Aldeguer and others are struggling on the Pirellis. Lastly was the Motogp races and there was some incredible action in both races. Martin was awesome in taking both wins and Marc was second in both. Acosta looking decidedly pedestrian as he crashed out in the Sunday race, but Rich explains the real reason for the crash. The guys take the problem of which person to promote to the factory Ducati squad. This then causes al long foray into silly season. Finally a questions to the listeners, If Motogp bikes are slower than WSBK how do you slow the production bikes down? Write to MotoPod@motopodcast.com and let us know.
