In today’s episode we are featuring mental health advocate Lorraine who has been focused on bringing more awareness to Mental Health for the past 2 years in Shanghai.

Inspired by her own turbulent experience of trauma and struggles with mental health , her ensuing battle with an eating disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder, her mission is now geared towards greater mental health

Her path towards recovery came with tribulations, which led her to build a health and wellness platform called Inward Living, where she hopes to open pathways for others experiencing mental health struggles to seek help in a way that is free of the stigma and shame that we often feel as a society around such topics.
