Elaine Lindsay explores the complex emotions surrounding grief, loss, addiction, trauma and making intentional choices to lead a happier life. After losing her dear friend, she struggled to cope with the pain and had strong ideations of suicide. She shares about her life-changing accident and the ensuing battle with addiction to her medication. Elaine joins us on Multispective to raise awareness on suicide ideation and offer insight and support to anyone that may be struggling.
