The thing that you have to remember about your stress and anxiety is the fact that the mind and the brain are NOT separate from each other.

They are DEPENDENT on each other.

That means that damaging your brain WILL most definitely damage your mind, AND THAT will most definitely damage almost everything else in your life.

On a similar note, sometimes, your mental health goes beyond the abilities of the "tough love" approach.

Because here's the thing, in order for you to succeed in ANY area of your life, your brain must work right.

We can never improve negative behavior until we balance out the underlying organ that drives it...and that's the brain!
