Bill Horan and Gina Halstead learn about Malverne High School's Spoken Word Poetry Club, something Gina took part in as a student. It’s a space where students, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, or economic background, can come together and express themselves creatively, freely, and emotionally through the use of words. They speak with Jacinta Bowman, a Teacher and Librarian at Malverne High School, and the advisor to the club, along with some of her students - Nirvana Cole, Lucian Valerie, Uche Alozie, and Tatiyana Forbes-Smith.
