In a world filled with skincare influencers and social media noise, it's crucial to seek expert advice and education. In this episode, we’re talking all about skincare education versus social media influence. As a licensed esthetician, I emphasized the importance of making informed decisions about skincare products and not succumbing to social media hype. I particularly highlighted the need for tailored skincare choices, especially for young individuals. So, 10-year-olds, you really just need a gentle cleanser and SPF moisturizer, not the trendy products you see online!

I also discussed the personal nature of skin care, emphasizing that everyone's skin is unique and should be treated as such. Seek advice from someone who knows skin and can help you understand your skin's specific needs. Plus, if you've found a product that works for you, stick with it for a while before hopping to something new. Remember, building a consistent skincare routine early on will benefit you in the long run.
I am thrilled to have shared these insights with you in this episode, and I invite you to find me on Instagram @memorialskincare. If you're looking to work with me, you can find the information on my website or in the link in my bio. Thank you for tuning in, and I can't wait to connect with you on the next episode!
