Monique McClure was born in Missouri City, TX and raised in Charlotte, NC. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in 2003 from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC and her Masters of Business Administration at Strayer University in 2010. Throughout her career, Monique has acquired many skills that are essential to following a path of a promising career in Corporate America and her experiences range from Project Management to coaching Agile Scrum teams, Small Business Owners, professionals and more; but her greatest desire is to focus on her true passion of enriching and empowering the lives of women.
In 2018, she began to realize how important it was for her to “pay it forward” and truly dedicate her time to empowering and educating women by helping them create strategies that will produce elevation in their personal /self development journey. Although Elect Elevation is a “Personal” Elevation Strategy experience, the clients she serves come from all walks of life and wear many hats. As a “Personal Elevation Strategist'', she has had the honor of guiding her clients to results that show up in both their personal and professional lives. How does she do it? By sharing the principles and strategies she incorporated into her own life that were gathered from the wisdom, teachings, and experiences of her own journey, as well as, holding her clients accountable to the standards necessary to achieve various levels of personal elevation (she says, “it’s levels to this”). She is passionate about teaching women how to go from “self-less” to “self-full”---that is to pour from a cup that overflows.
