Coming out of highschool into the real world can be a tough prospect for aspiring pro racers, even ones that aren't trying to go pro, but still be a competitive racer.
It was my first competetive year as an adult, self funded, and brutal. The life of partying and riding bikes clashing constantly. I made it to the national championship. I did well at the national championship. This is the story of that race.
