Welcome to Episode 108 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated.

In today's episode, Bryan Falchuk puts it all on the table. He shares his vulnerability and how sometimes you need to hit an all time low to reach an all time high.

His no-quit story starts with the crippling anxiety he had as a child that followed him into adulthood. He would find solace in food and his actions left him very overweight for most of his life. He would eventually marry a woman and have a son with her, and a disease almost took his wife from Bryan and his son.

Bryan remembers vividly seeing his two year old son watching his mother dying, and right then and there he knew he had to make positive changes in his life.

He has since become a best selling author, an Inc magazine contributor, lost the weight, and after a lot of struggle and dietary changes, his wife is alive and well.

Bryan drops tons of value bombs in today's episode, but one that really stood out to us at NQL was that often times when given a compliment, people will say "thank you, BUT...." Bryan reminds us that the true pronunciation is just "thank you."
