Let NorthStar Physical Therapy guide and navigate you on your journey to optimal health!
In this episode, we will be talking about your pelvic floor muscles and how everyone has them. Men and women have pelvic floor muscles so I want to share about what goes on in that area of our body in the musculoskeletal sense.
