After utilizing EMDR to target my limiting beliefs, poverty mindset, and generational wounds, I feel more aligned, courageous, and grounded. I've also developed high tolerance to stress that is provoked when running all my businesses.
Through EMDR, I believe that one can process and access resources to address emotional, psychological, and even spiritual blocks preventing the entrepreneur to reach their full potential.
There is much to be said about the power of EMDR. Therapists who engage this approach to healing and professional improvement will be pleasantly surprised.
