I want to introduce you to today’s guest Carole Stephens.
Carole is a lovely lady who tells her story of growing up in Paddington at the end of the second World War during rationing. She married a chef and later moved to Wiltshire and together with her husband ran their own business. Carole has always loved food and so it was difficult for her when she started to experience upper body rashes that she could not resolve and contacted me for help. We talk about how we resolved this so that she could get on with her life and of course continue to enjoy food.
