There are a lot of stigmas out there and nowhere is there more than when the topic comes to therapy. Over the years, therapy has gotten a bad rap, but here’s the reality of it all. One of the strongest, most empowering things a person can do is recognizing they need help. And, without question, the most powerful thing is reaching out and getting the help they need.

My guest today is Kati Morton. Kati is the author of, Are U Ok?” A Guide to Caring for Your Mental Health, and one of the leading voices and most trusted therapists in the nation. Today, we sit down to talk about a host of things including marriage, relationships, friendships, disorders and how our past can impact our present. Kati has seen and done a lot with patients and today, she graciously opens up to help listeners move closer to healing.
