Today we’re shifting our perspective on what it means to see your reflection in others. Everyone in your life is a mirror. The people you surround yourself with are excellent reminders of the things you like or dislike about yourself. We don’t always like what we see, so how can we use these mirrors as lessons instead of reacting to our reflections? What can we learn about ourselves when we feel jealous and competitive towards someone or irritated and annoyed at the actions of others? Where your energy goes, your attention flows.
