In this episode Mikki and Cam work through their goals for 2023, Mikki discusses her goals while Cam tries to figure out what his should be.

Mikki's looking to get more exposure to grow her audience via being a podcast guest and borrowing other peoples audience in similar ways.

Cam briefly discusses his thoughts on potentially broadening his own target audience from running, triathlon and endurance coaches to more types of coaches like nutrition coaches, fitness coaches and life coaches. Instead of niching down to a specific type of coach the niche could be defined more by a specific problem that all coaches are struggling with, like how to deliver their coaching programs to their clients in a way that saves them time.

We have a brief discussion about procrastination and specifically some things Cam has been procrastinating about and what happens when you procrastinate for too long and things blow up in your face.

Mikki is off to Santa Monica for her business coaching with JillFit and is exciting about travelling again. Fingers crossed the airport has reopened from the flooding in time for her to fly.

Cam talks about his trip with Nicky to the Gold Coast and how his surfboards got lost on the flight but finally arrived back home 3 weeks later after making their own way to the Gold Coast and back even after Cam had already been back in Auckland.

Cams off to Urbn Surf Melbourne next week to do a full day surfing course with Kale Brock a surf coach he follows on Youtube
