Soooo… how do we make friends again..? If this daunting question has run through your head, you are in good company (even though it may not seem that way). After college, one of the biggest transitions that was felt was drifting apart from friends and not understanding how (or where!?) to meet new ones.

In this episode, we're finally going to learn how to make new friends as an adult! Look at us go. We’re having an engaging conversation with Danielle Bayard Jackson, a female friendship coach and educator who speaks nationally on the subject of friendship as a wellness imperative. She is dedicated to teaching women how to create and maintain better female friendships. We'll also be talking about women's cooperation, communication, and conflicts. This is going to be a good one, so stay tuned! Don't forget to subscribe and share the episode with your friends.

Key points for finding friends as an adult:

  1. Don't feel awkward about speaking to an old friend and picking up where you left off.
  2. Become a regular somewhere.
  3. Rethink your fantasy of what it will be like to meet new people. It's not always going to be at a big party where it's really obvious. Instead, it might be in the line at Target or somewhere random.
  4. Stay flexible.

Remember, there may come a time when a friendship ends or needs to be demoted. Be aware of friendship breakup territory and be prepared to handle it.

Hope you enjoy!
