Marielle Heidebrink, otherwise known as The Detroit Health Coach, is a holistic health and wellness coach. She came On the Sofa with us to discuss tools for practical wellness in our everyday lives. We discussed everything from what it means to be healthy, to the importance of kidney beans in our diet! Being healthy doesn’t have to be hard, and in fact, it’s actually a form of self-care.
