Relationship has always been my favorite word in nearly any situation, because nearly every involves People. To effectively interact with people we MUST have some sort of Relationship. My guests today, Rebecca Smith and Brett Long, represent Creative Health Care Management, a 40 year old business, founded by Marie Manthey, for the express purpose of putting relationship at the forefront of healthcare. This Episode puts focus on the most important aspects of relationship and will include: Why everything meaningful in health care starts with self; the Fractal Nature of Organizations…or Why Your Level of Self-Care Matters to Everything and Everybody; Organizations must support the idea that clinicians bringing their “best” selves to work means bringing their truest, most real selves to work; Why psychological safety is more dependent on authenticity than politeness. Please join us for this very meaningful show!
