In this episode, Briana and Lisa dive into a topic that they both struggle with - Imposter Syndrome. This phenomenon causes people to feel like they are a fraud in some area of their life, whether it's in their work, home life, or relationships. Are we really not doing enough? Or, are these feelings of falling short coming from somewhere else? They define the 5 types Imposter Syndrome and some of the ways we can challenge this limiting inner dialogue, while also taking time to spill some tea and discuss how this has impacted them personally.
