Some trails are wide and maintained, but free-range exploration is welcome in the park.

Cool off in the 10-feet-deep Splash Pond as weather permits. A small rock wall, tetherball and access to climb a tree are other on-site features for little ones to explore. Be sure to snag one of the park's picnic areas arranged with a picnic table, swings and hammocks to set up your grill and rest in the shade.

From mountain bikes and dirt bikes to four-wheelers, ATVs and off-road SUVs, adrenaline junkies can get their thrills racing on the North Track.
