Norway does not have a deal with the publisher Elsevier anymore and follows in Sweden and Germany's footsteps. But why didn't Norway renew their deal? And how will the Norwegian institutions and libraries cope with a future without the largest publisher of academic literature? Also, what does the newly signed deal with Wiley contain?
