Adee Cazayoux is the founder and CEO of Working Against Gravity, an online nutrition coaching company that receives some level of transformation and understand and change your behavior with food. When Adee was sixteen years old she was almost 200 lbs. old, and unable to participate in sports. She went to a nutritionist to help her track carbs, fats, proteins and fruit. That relationship would forever change her relationship with food. Adee was able to return to sports and gained confidence. The seed for Working Against Gravity was planted. Today WAG is an international team of 36 people. In this episode, she shares her story of creating Working Against Gravity, lessons learned in running a rapidly growing business, and why culture is so important.
