However, most managers are finding millennials frustrating as employees because from the manager’s point of view, millennials seem entitled, unwilling to do the detail work, not putting in their “time” and lacking loyalty, among other things. Millennials, however, have a different point of view about what it takes to build a career and what they will be loyal to.
