It’s no news that we feel crappy when we compare our lives to other people’s lives on social media. I feel like a lot of people are talking about this and preaching to not compare ourselves. Personally, I know on a rational level that I should stop comparing myself. Yet, I’ve had a hard time putting it into practice until I actually understood comparison on social media on a much deeper level.

In this episode, I am diving deeper into what it actually means to compare ourselves, because I don’t want this to be just another reminder to, ya know, “not compare yourself” and that’s about it.

I want this to clarify how comparison actually impacts our everyday life in a negative way and share 3 things I do to snap out of comparison mode as soon as I detect it.

I'm going to clarify how comparison actually impacts our everyday life in a negative way + share 3 things I do to snap out of comparison mode as soon as I detect it.

If this episode was helpful for you, share it with someone you love or share a screen shot to your Instagram stories and tag me, @ownitbabe, so I can come say hello and personally thank you!!
