Dr Ricardo Costa is a sports dietitian and the Associate Professor of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food at Monash University. Ricardo talks to us about his research into the impact of exercise on gut function and gut-related symptoms, with a focus on how to assess this and what can be done to improve symptoms for athletes.
