Rev. Peter Baldwin Panagore, M.Div, Yale, broadcast for fifteen years daily in Maine and New Hampshire as the minister, executive producer, writer and storyteller of Daily Devotions reaching a hundred thousand viewers a week on News Center Maine, and on a variety of AM and FM stations, bringing Light, Hope, Love and inspiration through compelling and devotions as the fifth executive minister of First Radio Parish Church of America, founded in 1926 on WCSH AM. A two-time Near-Death Experiencer, Peter, died of hypothermia while ice climbing in Banff Provincial Park in 1980, and again in 2015 from a heart attack just as his Audible bestselling book, Heaven Is Beautiful: How Dying Taught Me That Death Is Just The Beginning, was released early by Amazon. (Hampton Roads, HarperCollins Canada, GuidePosts, 2015). As a church minister in Connecticut and Coastal Maine Churches of the United Church of Christ, Peter served as community ombudsman, social worker, teacher, preacher, pastor, leader, servant, and spiritual guide. He kept his NDE a secret for twenty years. Peter published 150 sermons, numerous prayers, and poems for the nationally distributed leading clergy journal, Homiletics Online. Author of two books, his Maine Best Selling and internationally distributed, Two Minutes For God: Quick Fixes For The Spirit (Simon & Schuster, Touchstone/Fireside 2008) is a 365 day devotional collection. His forth coming third book tells true tales of modern mystics in the classical tradition. Peter preached and service church communities for eighteen years before his TV ministry, and now speaks from pulpits, stages, and on media national and international about Near Death Experience, the Reality of God’s Love and Mercy, Christian mysticism, mediation, and prayer. Most recently he spoke in Seattle, Fort Worth, Nashville, regularly preaches in Massachusetts and Maine, and has appeared on Buddha at the Gas Pump, Fox and Friends and Coast to Coast AM. He runs a global counselling service from his writing studio on Ocean Point in Boothbay Harbor, Maine.
