In today's Path to Me Podcast episode, Sara shares how she found the relationships that she always wanted. She discusses how it was not until she began to work on herself that she realized that she was worthy and enough. That she can truly be herself around others because people love her for her, and that those "relationships" she has always been searching for were there all along.
She just could not see what others were offering because she could not see beyond the story that she was too different to have "those" types of relationships. It was in learning to love and accept herself that she found authentic relationships with others.
Sara asks some thought-provoking questions at the end of this episode. She encourages you to take some time to answer them as you continue down your path you.

What qualities do you seek out in friends?
Why are these qualities important to you?
Why donèt you have those types of relationships?
What is your role, and how can you show up differently?
About the host! Sara Glendenning is the founder of Sara Hope Podcast Productions, host of Path to Me Podcast and author. After being diagnosed with a learning disability at a young age, Sara began hiding from the world, afraid of not being capable or worthy of achieving her dreams. After realizing her worth, Sara now knows how competent she is. Sara now genuinely believes she can live the life of her dreams, that it was only herself that was holding her back. She has made it her mission to inspire others to overcome the fear of others' judgment but mostly themselves. To ultimately show up as their true selves and live the life of their dreams.
