So, there are technically only two ways to deliver your baby: C-Section or vaginal delivery

There is however assisted vaginal delivery by natural or medical induction, episiotomy, amniotomy, forceps extraction, and vacuum extraction (to name a few). And there are a few places to deliver your baby such as at the hospital (recommended for safety), at home (not recommended), or in the water, which can reduce the pain of labor.

But let’s really get into the ways to deal with the pain of labor and childbirth. I am going to talk about a few of the different birthing techniques to decrease and cope with pain during labor and delivery.
