He talks about why self-awareness is critical for leaders--and why we probably struggle with it more than we realize. We talk about hypocritical leaders and what we can do to make sure we don’t come off that way to our teams. Big Red shares how he manages the tension between getting his hands dirty but not micromanaging. Before we’re done, we’ll talk about the importance of staying positive, office politics, and more.
