Nikitas kæreste elsker at træne og har tabt sig. Det har vækket misundelse og kropsskam, især ift. hendes mave (og især når hun ser den fra siden). Hun vil gerne have et bedre forhold til træning, men det skal ikke være drevet af skam, for så er det kun i en kort periode. Så det kigger vi på løsninger til, så hendes motivations ”bål” kan blive større og mere robust.
