GP at your 6 - 8 weeks postnatal check up - 'You are fit for exercise now'. But that leaves so many questions. What exercise is ok for you to do now? How do you do that exercise safely for your postnatal body?

Ther answer isn't as quick as - 'At 6 weeks after having a vaginal birth or 10 - 12 weeks after having a c-section you can exercise. There is so much more to this question. I deep dive into this in this podcast episode.
