Today’s guest, Mike Vetra, is well-known throughout the Special Forces world. He's a GB's GB. He arrived to 3rd Group just in time to be in the initial force into both Afghanistan and Iraq. Mike spent nearly all of his adult life in the Global War on Terrorism, until suddenly he had to transition his mindset and adapt his leadership style to that of the non-military world. Mike has been incredibly successful in that shift, and he provides some great insight and perspective for all of us as we face life's various periods of transition.
