There is no such thing as overtraining, just under-eating. Or it overtraining really a thing?

Both are true. You can definitely over train, and there are times when you are just under-eating, under sleeping and bore of your current workout routine.

Karen and I dive into some stories about overtraining and share tips to avoid plateaus and ultimately overtraining.
