Sammi is one of the UK's leading wheelchair racers and the fastest ever British female over all her main events. She is a double Paralympic medallist, a 5 times world medallist and and been both World Champion and World Record holder during her extraordinary career.
Sammi took up sport in 2011 following an accident on her family farm in the Scottish Borders. The accident left her unable to walk, but after being introduced to the sport of wheelchair racing she was determined to become one of the very best in the world.
Sammi is based outside Loughborough and is training towards the Paris Paralympics in 2024. She speaks on topics including resilience, self confidence and the power of sport to help you rebuild.
