We are very excited to welcome Place CEO Damian Hackett to the Property Career podcast, where we picked his brains on the Place journey, brand building and business leadership, just to name a few.

Damian has been involved in residential Real Estate and Business Ownership since 1991, when he opened an agency in the eastern suburbs of Brisbane. This evolved over the next eleven years and along with his partners Sarah Hackett and Paul Curtain they established Place in 2002.

Now they oversee the operation and growth of the Place Real Estate business in Brisbane, operating under their unique shared services business model.

In this episode, we discuss.

  • Starting in residential real estate and becoming a prestige agent;
  • Early business lessons in franchising, branding and service, and the evolution of Place HQ;
  • The Place Vision,
  • The importance of ongoing education;
  • What makes a great leader in real estate;
  • The formula for success in residential real estate;
  • and much more!

We hope you love this episode with Damian Hackett.
