PRYMD is a blog dedicated to one thing. Optimizing mental function to improve your quality of life. The goal of PRYMD RADIO is to find the greatest minds in fields like the neuroscience, sleep science, psychology, nutrition (…you name it), and pick their brains to identify the tangibles you can do to work towards a better brain and a better you. There is a world of great information, and we have devoted ourselves to trawling the literature and the wide scary world of the internet to identify things that people can do to take your mental game to the next level. It’s all well and good to talk big and to feel inspired but at the end of the day, it all comes down to action, and we aim to bring you the TANGIBLES or things we can actually do to kick more ass every day. We hope you enjoy our podcast as much as we enojoy interviewing amazing minds and putting all of this together. It’s time to dive in. It’s time to get PRYMD.
