In this episode my mum (Kim) and I talk about the days leading up to my Psychosis episode in 2019.
We talk through the week of the episode, day by day, along with what unfolded up until the point that the CRISIS team diagnosed me.
All episodes are unedited so that we can speak with our truest words and don't have to painfully listen back at this time.
We hope by recording this podcast it raises awareness of psychosis generally, as well as helps people diagnosed with it, or those supporting someone with it.
